Spanking Form

Just for fun I’ve made up a spanking form. It’s in a PDF format that you can download from my website by the free reads. I tried to give it an official look, suggesting it was a government form from the Minister of Discipline. It is a bit bias. I intended the form for women to be spanked, so wayward husbands will have to come up for their own forms. There are a number of options available besides spanking, such as corner time.
